RF Data Logger is a sealed watertight temperature logger transmitter that provides a sustaining 3-year calibration accredited by an ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory.
Forget about having to replace batteries or pulling power, signal or Ethernet cables to a logger device! Blulog RF battery will survive for at least 5 years supporting the 3-year logger life plus an additional 2 years shelf life for logger preservation.
Want humidity measurement or the use of a long temperature probe? Blulog offers options for the RF logger making it versatile for many application installations.
The RF logger and the supplied holder is about the size of a credit card making it discrete for installation into customer-facing locations and installation just takes a couple of minutes using either the supplied high-bond double sided adhesive tape or one of the many mounting holes in the holder for a screw mount.
Your system is supplied configure so all you have to do is mount the RF loggers, connected the Blulog Radio Hub to the Internet (LAN, WiFi Hotspot or Trucks Telematics) and install the RF Repeater(s) if needed. Once installed, name your loggers, set your temperature limits and setup live alert notifications. It’s that easy!
So what happens when the power goes out or the Internet communications goes down? It happens, right? Don’t worry! RF logger has many redundancy systems built into the logger device.
Let’s start with the internal 35 days of memory built into the RF logger, based on 10-minute measurement interval. Should the RF logger fail to connect to the Internet Radio Hub, it will internally store the data points that can be uploaded to bluconsole.com using the mobile app.
RF Logger will also transmit previous data points to the Radio Hub at each transmit interval (from 1 to 15 hours of data measurements) to restore any missed data points. The Blulog Radio Hub will also retain data should it not be able to connect to the Internet and restore this data when connection is re-established.
With bluconsole.com, you have access to view the full history strip chart record that details temperature conditions throughout the installed life of the Blulog RF logger. Narrow down into a specific date and time range for finer resolution detail and export the data into a PDF report, CSV or XLS data file.
What is BluTrack?
It is a wireless temperature monitoring solution designed for transport operations of refrigerated or frozen products that can be easily installed and integrated to existing TMS / VTS.
How to use it?
BluTrack has been designed in a way that the temperature data can be easily integrated in the TMS software commonly used by transporters, with a dedicated API that allows the integration.
